Responsibilities
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for complex business problems.
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Deploy machine learning models at scale using AWS services with low latency, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Work with large structured and unstructured datasets and build ETL pipelines for model training and inference.
- Research and evaluate emerging machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and drive adoption of relevant methodologies.
- Own model lifecycle operations, including monitoring, alerting, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Document technical work and communicate results and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied machine learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; the posting also lists Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering among required degrees/fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model versioning, feature stores, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Experience with SQL and large-scale data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, or Redshift.
- Hands-on AWS experience and strong software engineering fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Mandatory skills include Dynamics, AI, and Selenium; Selenium is also listed as a required skill.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
