Responsibilities
- Index various data sources into Coveo using Coveo connectors and custom connectors.
- Configure predictive suggestions, wildcard search, facets, partial search, thesaurus, stemming, and stop-word removal.
- Develop custom connectors using push APIs.
- Create Python-based Coveo extensions for metadata extraction and web scraping of unstructured content.
- Create query pipelines for different applications.
- Develop ML models for query suggestions and ART.
- Create search pages and configure different result templates.
- Construct Coveo APIs for search and search analytics, including search, click, and view events.
- Configure Coveo analytics reports, dashboards, and custom dimensions.
- Integrate third-party components into Coveo.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of overall experience.
- At least 2 years of Coveo experience.
- At least 4 years of enterprise search experience.
- At least 3 years of Java or Python experience.
- At least 1 year of Gen AI, AI/ML, LLM, CRGA, or OpenAI experience.
- Strong knowledge of Coveo Search and search-domain concepts.
- Strong experience with Coveo connectors, custom connectors, push APIs, query pipelines, and search configuration.
- Knowledge of Python for Coveo extension development.
- Immediate to 30-day notice period.
