Responsibilities

Define the Connector SDK developer content and community strategy.
Create tutorials, quickstart guides, and video content optimized for AI-assisted development workflows.
Develop and maintain working Python code samples for developers.
Collaborate with the technical writing team to ensure content resonates with code-first audiences.
Partner with Marketing on developer-facing content and activities.
Build and grow the Connector SDK developer community through events and partnerships.
Manage the open-source community and facilitate PR reviews with Engineering and Technical Writing teams.
Enable Sales and Solution Architecture teams with training materials and workshops.
Advocate for resources to support Connector SDK initiatives.

5+ years in developer relations, technical community management, or developer-focused content creation.
Ability to work on a schedule that overlaps with global colleagues, available until 12 noon PST/PDT.
Proven experience creating developer-facing educational content such as tutorials and videos.
Working Python skills to read, write, and debug code, and review PRs.
Experience organizing hackathons, meetups, or managing open source communities.
Demonstrated success in driving measurable adoption metrics for developer-facing products.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
Strategic thinker who identifies high-impact opportunities and executes with minimal oversight.
