Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance software components and applications within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop enterprise integrations and APIs and design scalable, maintainable software components.
- Maintain existing components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, solve work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience developing and customizing applications on the platform.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle practices, agile methodologies, integration techniques, and API development.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
