Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through detailed evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design applications in alignment with the overall architecture blueprint and establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions using interpretive thinking.
- Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage business risks while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Advanced knowledge of applications programming and application design.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Experience with or strong understanding of the FX domain is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred.
