Base Salary
$143k - $331k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop next-generation Copilot products and features for Windows, Mac, and mobile.
- Design and develop secure, performant platform services supporting Copilot experiences.
- Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, application engineering, and research teams to build AI products and services.
- Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
- Deliver work quickly and iteratively to users in a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle.
- Define or contribute to effective AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 12+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with modern AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience serving as a team expert for AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.
- Experience driving adoption of agentic coding tools and defining practices for prompt design, tool usage, and human-in-the-loop systems.
