Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic direction, product roadmaps, and network automation initiatives.
- Design end-to-end solutions using modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Deliver software hands-on, including refactoring legacy products and shipping features and fixes.
- Build development backlogs and provide Scrum leadership for automation solutions.
- Act as a gatekeeper for technology, design, and code reviews.
- Mentor engineers and serve as a technical resource across Scrum teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering service orchestration in a network environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver software across the full stack.
- Experience refactoring legacy products and delivering software features and fixes.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, conduct reviews, mentor engineers, and support Scrum teams.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.
