Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability research on complex software systems, operating systems, and embedded platforms.
- Perform reverse engineering with IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, and related tools.
- Develop, test, refine, and operationalize exploits and vulnerability-discovery tools.
- Analyze operating-system internals across Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.
- Develop and analyze low-level code in assembly, C, C++, and Python across x86, x64, ARM, PPC, and MIPS architectures.
- Analyze embedded systems, hardware interfaces, network protocols, routing protocols, TCP/IP stacks, and RF communications.
- Evaluate and bypass exploit mitigations including DEP and ASLR.
- Use gdb, WinDbg, OllyDbg, and related debugging tools to analyze system behavior.
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance on projects.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Assembly, C, C++, and/or Python is required.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android internals is required.
- Experience with vulnerability research, exploit development, reverse engineering, embedded systems, hardware interfaces, network protocols, and exploit mitigations is required.
- Experience reading and writing assembly across x86, x64, ARM, PPC, MIPS, and other architectures is required.
- Proficiency with IDA Pro, Hex-Rays, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, objdump, gdb, WinDbg, and OllyDbg is required.
- Experience with modern C++, including C++11/14 and RAII, is required.
- Experience building tools to identify, exploit, and operationalize vulnerabilities is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.
