Base Salary

$169k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain web applications with customer-domain and marketplace middleware business logic.
Collaborate with Tech Leads, engineers, product managers, and program managers to deliver customer and business value.
Create concise, detailed technical documentation.
Partner with product teams to understand requirements and implement actionable backlog tasks.
Build and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
Support healthy system operations and high levels of availability.

At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent years of working experience.
Experience working as a software engineer on a product engineering team.
Experience building APIs with C# and .NET.
Experience integrating AI into daily work through prompting, code review, and advice.
Experience with SQL or relational databases and interpreting system designs.
Preferred experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kafka, RabbitMQ, KYC workflows, multiple server-side programming languages, TDD, Domain Driven Development, Event Store DB, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and systems scaled to millions of users.
Fintech or financial-services experience, knowledge of financial regulators, and familiarity with private markets are preferred.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite work 2–3 days per week in NYC or San Francisco.
