Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive platform architecture decisions and translate model requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
- Lead internal GenAI adoption through technical workshops, evangelization, and implementation of AI capabilities.
- Identify productivity use cases and build cross-functional agentic workflows with domain experts.
- Design caching, request optimization, monitoring, and other capabilities for low-latency and cost-efficient AI solutions.
- Partner with game developers and platform teams to translate use cases into technical solutions and optimize foundational models through fine-tuning.
- Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable APIs providing unified access to multiple AI service providers.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and responsible AI across solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least five years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least five years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least five years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Experience shipping GenAI-powered features at scale from pilot to production and a deep understanding of AI trust and safety considerations.
- Preferred: at least five years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: games industry experience supporting title development, release, or live operations.
- Preferred: experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
