Responsibilities

Define overall solution architecture and lead complex, cross-practice Dynamics 365 implementations.
Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution components.
Support functional and technical architects and solution consultants across technical and business disciplines.
Work with customers, business clients, analysts, developers, architects, and internal stakeholders to define solutions and deliver engagements.
Apply best practices for organizational change management and facilitate envisioning and art-of-the-possible workshops.
Qualify strategic business solution leads and sales opportunities with account, client services, practice, and executive teams.
Collaborate with Service Realization to bring products and capabilities to market alongside Business Applications and Data Modernizations services.
Share learnings with the broader Long View team and maintain relevant industry certifications and partner accreditations.

10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations presales and demonstrations.
Strong written, oral, presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in workshop facilitation, including envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
Self-motivation and commitment to continuously improving skills and staying current in the field.
Preferred qualifications include Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, TOGAF, Zachman, and relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
