Responsibilities
- Develop distributed, resilient, and highly performant network security software for enterprise customers.
- Improve existing systems’ functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Create functional specifications, design documents, test plans, clean code, and thorough tests.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed development, testing, documentation, and product management teams.
- Deliver projects with high quality and predictability under minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of software development experience focused on distributed systems architecture.
- Advanced programming proficiency in Python, Go, Java, C, or C++.
- Strong fundamentals in operating systems, multithreaded and multiprocess applications, IPC, and RPC.
- Strong written and spoken technical and interpersonal communication skills.
