Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to progress opportunities.
- Manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win.
- Create sales presentations and product demonstrations for various audiences.
- Engage in hands-on solution validation and support customer-led PoCs.
- Empathize with customers to discern their technical needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Auth0 product line and related technologies.
- Participate in local and regional sales and marketing events.
- Integrate AI-driven customer experiences with Auth0.
Requirements
- Experience in a Pre-Sales role as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas around technical topics.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting or support.
- Familiarity with at least one standard identity protocol (e.g., OIDC, OAuth2).
- Strong development background with proficiency in backend and frontend stacks.
- Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Understanding of core security concerns within applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business value.
- Natural relationship-building and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers.
