Responsibilities
- Build and refine infrastructure for internationalization, including multilingual experiences and localized user journeys.
- Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows for lead acquisition and personalized user experiences.
- Implement visitor tracking systems and convert data into actionable growth opportunities.
- Develop robust APIs connecting internal tools with the broader fintech ecosystem.
- Deliver growth initiatives such as A/B tests, white-label integrations, predictive lead scoring, and optimized acquisition funnels.
- Improve the performance and conversion of Pennylane’s public website and registration funnels across markets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Mastery of Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency with a JavaScript framework such as Vue or Nuxt is a major plus.
- Ability to leverage AI tools, LLMs, Copilots, and automation to improve development efficiency.
- Fluent French and English communication skills at approximately B2/C1 level.
- German language skills are a bonus.
- Ability to adapt to a changing startup environment and collaborate with Data, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GTM, Segment, Datastudio, Looker, or digital marketing concepts such as paid acquisition, conversion, and SEO is advantageous.
