Base Salary
$230k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute application security end to end by threat-modeling features and services.
- Drive remediation of significant security risks in the application layer.
- Build and run a secure SDLC including code-review guardrails and pre-production testing.
- Harden authentication, authorization, and session handling across the product.
- Secure AI-specific application surfaces and address new classes of vulnerabilities.
- Partner with engineering teams to design security into the product from the start.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering with hands-on application-security expertise.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability classes and how to eliminate them at the source.
- Experience in building AppSec practices and secure-SDLC tooling.
- Fluency in modern application stacks and comfort with AWS.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and raise security standards without being a blocker.
- Curiosity about emerging AI/LLM threat classes and defense strategies.
