Base Salary
$140k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and extend functional and performance test strategies for embedded software.
- Design and develop agentic systems and automation tools for autonomous verification workflows.
- Build stable agentic pipelines that automate portions of development and verification processes.
- Collaborate with development, verification, and customer-facing teams.
- Analyze and root-cause issues to the code level, lead defect fixing, and provide effective fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying automation systems.
- Experience developing large-scale code from scratch in Python or C++.
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI assistants and building autonomous agentic pipelines for development and verification processes.
- Experience with embedded systems and automotive sensors such as cameras.
- Proficiency in Linux and Unix-like environments.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git and Perforce.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience identifying inference endpoints and optimizing them for accuracy and efficiency.

- Base salary is listed as $140,000–$224,250 for Level 3 and $168,000–$270,250 for Level 4.
