Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and production-level Python full-stack services, data pipelines, tools, and APIs.
- Perform unit and integration testing, code reviews, and quality-focused development within assigned timelines.
- Improve product performance using automated monitoring metrics and ensure high product stability.
- Collaborate with engineers, product developers, and internal teams in a Scrum-based agile environment.
- Estimate work, communicate progress in standups and Scrum meetings, and contribute to end-to-end product ownership.
- Share knowledge internally and externally and follow engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
- 4–6 years of overall industry experience and 3–4 years of Python experience.
- Strong proficiency with Python, Pandas, FastAPI, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, Vue 3, Pinia, and CSS3.
- Experience with API design, Test Driven Development, AWS, GitHub Actions, Redis, Pytest, and production service deployment.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
- Experience with GitHub-based development processes and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred experience with GenAI concepts including RAG, AI integration, MCP, agentic workflows, AI agents, and agent orchestration.
- Preferred experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Terraform infrastructure as code, Scrum, and Linux/Unix environments.
