Base Salary

$155k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build full-stack features and services spanning data models, APIs, workflows, web interfaces, and production operations.
  • Model authoritative and traceable product and manufacturing data, including parts, revisions, BOMs, change orders, and as-built records.
  • Build integrations and event-driven data flows between in-house software and off-the-shelf systems.
  • Lead projects from scoping through delivery and write technical designs for review.
  • Perform data migrations, parallel operations, and cutovers from off-the-shelf tools to in-house software.
  • Build observability, auditability, and data-quality checks into production systems and help support them in production.
  • Maintain engineering standards through code review, testing, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor early-career engineers and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and business-systems teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping and operating production applications and services.
  • End-to-end experience building user-facing web applications, including data models, APIs, and modern front ends such as TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with API design, relational data modeling, and reliably moving data between systems.
  • Experience leading a project or feature area from design through delivery.
  • Production operations experience including monitoring, debugging, and incident response.
  • Cloud fluency such as AWS and working knowledge of CI/CD and security fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Go, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Clear written communication and experience producing technical design documents.
  • U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident, or otherwise qualifying U.S. Person, as required under ITAR.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Preferred qualifications include event-driven architectures, systems integration, PLM/ERP/MES/ALM/MBSE systems, versioned and auditable records, data migration, product sense, relevant domain experience, Go, Terraform, and GitOps.
