Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Collaborate with back-end and service-layer teams to deliver seamless integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable microservice-based solutions.
- Support web services and API development and maintenance.
- Work with software development and business teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous delivery processes and software quality initiatives.
- Ensure software solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture, RESTful web services, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with container orchestration systems and service discovery concepts.
- Experience with continuous delivery and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube.
- Understanding of domain-driven design and loosely coupled architectures.
- An agile mindset focused on delivery and customer experience.
