Responsibilities
- Design applications, orchestrate process flows, configure SLAs, and implement skill-based routing.
- Integrate applications with databases and external systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, MQ, HTTP connectors, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Define class structures, data models, indexing, reporting, reusable components, and Ruleset hierarchies.
- Perform code reviews, follow Pega guardrails, and work with AES and SMA tools.
- Design application security using access groups, roles, and privileges.
- Develop and maintain UI, reporting, decision management, and deployment components.
- Support Agile delivery and handle multiple Scrum teams, project metrics, client calls, and team management.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience; the posting additionally states an overall minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Pega certifications: CSA and CSSA; CLSA Part 1 is preferred.
- Strong experience with the Pega Platform and Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python, integrations, application development, and system integration.
- Experience with prompt engineering, Pega decision management, deployment activities, UI and reporting elements, and project-level metrics.
- Ability to communicate effectively, handle client calls independently, manage pressure situations, and manage teams efficiently.
- Certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google and experience with React.js, Node.js, or upgrades are preferred.
