Responsibilities
- Design and develop Pega applications, including process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, reusable components, UI elements, reporting, and decision-management solutions.
- Integrate applications with databases and external systems through SOAP, REST, HTTP connectors and services, JMS, MQ, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Implement application security using access groups, roles, and privileges, and maintain code quality through reviews, Pega guardrail compliance, and AES/SMA tools.
- Manage application environments, deployment activities, project-level metrics, and integration or application-development work rather than predominantly maintenance projects.
- Participate in Agile delivery and handle multiple Scrum teams, client calls, project pressure, and team management responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with 8 years of hands-on experience stated overall.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Pega Platform expertise and experience with Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF are required.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python development, integrations, application security, reporting, deployment, and Pega decision-management techniques is required.
- Prompt-engineering experience and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage teams are required.
- Mandatory certifications include CSA and CSSA; CLSA Part 1 is preferred.
- Certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google, React.js/Node.js experience, and upgrade experience are preferred.
