Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure software solutions for creative asset experiences.
- Own the full development lifecycle for major portions of the team’s software, including scoping, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Document software behavior, construction, operation, and architecture, and train new team members.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers to deliver solutions aligned with business and customer value.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback across experience levels, and mentor teammates on high-quality software development.
- Evaluate opportunities to use generative AI tools and help operate creative asset services across advertising formats and surfaces.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 3 years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 3 years of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Base salary is listed at $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually.
