Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to understand operational constraints and rebuild business functions from first principles.
- Design, build, evaluate, and deploy production GenAI/LLM systems for enterprise customers.
- Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in financial services and healthcare.
- Own engagements autonomously from problem framing through production deployment.
- Help shape enterprise AI adoption strategies and develop tooling and frameworks for the AI delivery practice.
- Communicate credibly with senior business and technical stakeholders, including during redesign and scoping conversations.
- Feed field learnings back into Provectus industry Blueprints.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of software-building experience, including substantial accountability for production code.
- Hands-on experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production rather than only prototypes or notebooks.
- Experience building or owning an evaluation suite for a nondeterministic system and explaining its measurements.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong general engineering fundamentals and the ability to work in unfamiliar codebases or languages.
- Cloud-native delivery experience on AWS; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
- Pre-sales experience and the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, or custom harnesses.
- Willingness to understand unfamiliar business functions and work autonomously amid ambiguity.
- Experience with Kubernetes or ECS, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is a plus.
- Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI is a plus.
