Responsibilities
- Design and build the agent harness for skill loading and execution management.
- Establish the evaluation pipeline to measure skill effectiveness and address production failures.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver initial supplier-facing use cases.
- Define and maintain cloud deployment and configuration for the platform.
- Make architectural decisions on runtime isolation and security in collaboration with DevOps.
- Enhance team practices in building with agentic tooling and automation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in shipping production software.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building platform or infrastructure systems for other engineers.
- Shipped at least one LLM-powered product to real users.
- Daily user of agentic coding tools with a strong perspective on their use.
- Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
- Experience deploying and operating containerized services in production.
- Ability to think in systems, considering tokens, latency, and user outcomes.
