Responsibilities
- Develop software components and services in Python and C/C++ for Linux-based thermal and infrastructure platforms.
- Build modular embedded-control software for data acquisition, diagnostics, orchestration, and device interaction.
- Validate communication and integration layers using Modbus, Redfish, SNMP, MQTT, and similar protocols.
- Create tooling for configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, validation, and system analysis.
- Translate requirements and interface specifications into automated validation workflows and reusable test assets.
- Establish validation strategies, test architectures, traceability practices, and quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain automation, integration, deployment, and continuous-validation tooling.
- Evaluate and deploy AI agents for test generation, validation artifacts, failure analysis, coverage-gap identification, and root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to software architecture, interface design, service boundaries, documentation, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to identify software and AI automation use cases.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and working knowledge of C/C++.
- Understanding of Linux systems, command-line tools, process management, networking, and Bash scripting.
- Experience building maintainable modular software components, services, or tooling.
- Experience with communication technologies such as Modbus, MQTT, CANbus/CANopen, serial protocols, or TCP/IP-based device integration.
- Experience with Docker, containerized development environments, or service-based deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version-control workflows.
- Ability to work across disciplines and manage real-world integration complexity.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience designing deterministic software with AI-driven components, embedded Linux, diagnostics, observability, logging, tracing, performance analysis, developer tooling, internal platforms, REST APIs, WebSocket services, integration middleware, or technical platform specifications.
