Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service applications as the primary point of contact.
- Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities across ARCS workflows, including configuration, security, role controls, and adoption.
- Run use-case discovery workshops and map business needs to Oracle AI features, value KPIs, and adoption metrics.
- Implement Oracle AI governance through access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens and processes through supported extensions and APIs while preserving compliance and workflow integrity.
- Deliver pilot, phased deployment, training, and hypercare playbooks with measurable productivity and cycle-time improvements.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Knowledge of integrations involving APIs, events, and OIC where applicable.
- A testing mindset and experience with prompt or template assets, telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline aligned to the role level.
