- Define and scale the full lifecycle software release strategy for autonomous vehicle software across development, integration, validation, and fleet deployment.
- Establish release gates, readiness criteria, evidence requirements, scope tracking, branch-health monitoring, and deployment status visibility.
- Lead technical triage, root-cause analysis, release-readiness reviews, and data-driven go/no-go decisions for build failures, regressions, integration issues, and release blockers.
- Manage complex hardware/software dependencies and coordinate across autonomy, vehicle software, systems test, validation, functional safety, homologation, and vehicle operations teams.
- Investigate vehicle logs, diagnostic traces, test results, and source-code changes to identify system-level integration issues.
- Define and execute automated regression strategies across Hardware-in-the-Loop, Software-in-the-Loop, and validation environments.
- Implement release tracking standards, dashboards, health metrics, change control, issue prioritization, sign-off tracking, and post-release reviews using tools such as Jira and GitLab.
