Responsibilities
- Implement code for products, services, and features while reusing code where applicable.
- Contribute to architecture proposals, design documents, product feature refinement, and technical solution evaluation.
- Develop foundational platform components and reusable building blocks for agentic applications.
- Engage customers and product teams during integration and deployment to capture feedback and refine product evolution.
- Operate large-scale distributed systems, drive SLA-focused operational excellence, lead root cause analyses, and improve reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 3+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale.
- Preferred: expertise in distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services.
- Preferred: experience engaging customers during integration or deployment and incorporating feedback into product evolution.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and applicable customer or government security screenings.
