Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the North Star architecture for the Global Operations domain across Design to Capacity, Order to Fulfillment, and Operate to Optimize.
- Establish business capability models, architecture principles, technology standards, system-of-record strategies, canonical data models, integration architecture, and multi-year platform roadmaps.
- Lead architecture governance, solution reviews, technology evaluations, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Architect capabilities for capacity planning, data center design, supply chain, procurement, construction delivery, fulfillment, asset lifecycle management, service assurance, observability, analytics, and operational optimization.
- Lead the architecture strategy for an enterprise Digital Twin platform covering facilities, capacity, assets, power, cooling, network, and operational readiness.
- Drive integration simplification across SaaS, commercial, and custom-built platforms and establish trusted operational data models and governance.
- Enable advanced analytics, forecasting, automation, AI-driven decision intelligence, and real-time operational visibility.
- Serve as the principal architecture authority and influence technology strategy across operations, supply chain, construction, capacity management, fulfillment, and service delivery.
- Mentor architects and engineering leaders and promote architecture best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architecture, Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, or Digital Transformation leadership.
- 7+ years supporting data centers, cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, critical facilities, or large-scale operational environments.
- Proven experience defining and executing North Star architecture across complex business and technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise and domain architecture frameworks, integration architecture, APIs, event-driven systems, SaaS and custom application ecosystems, Digital Twin and operational technology platforms, ERP, procurement, supply chain and planning systems, data architecture, governance, master data management, observability, telemetry, operational intelligence platforms, and cloud-native distributed architectures.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, business capability modeling, executive communication, stakeholder management, cross-organizational influence, and transformation leadership skills.
