Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Support talent reviews, talent pools, calibration events, Career Hub, internal mobility, and talent optimization processes.
- Integrate Workday Skills capabilities into talent processes and workflows.
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Develop technical roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experiences.
- Partner with HR, Finance, report writers, integration engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach engineers and promote technical learning and knowledge sharing.
- Train business partners and team members on Workday functionality.
- Maintain secure, reliable, high-performing, and compliant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
- Experience configuring and supporting talent reviews, talent pools, calibration events, Career Hub, internal mobility, and talent optimization.
- Experience integrating Skills functionality into Workday Talent processes.
- Experience managing annual talent cycles and standalone project initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and implementation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn complex technical and procedural information, and train business partners.
- Workday Talent Pro Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Talent Optimization, HR and Finance partnerships, and complex Workday implementations is preferred.
