Base Salary
$55k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and model and implement BPMN workflows.
- Automate decision processes using DMN and integrate enterprise applications.
- Develop workflow automation solutions across discovery, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Build Java and Spring Boot services supporting business process automation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, clients, and stakeholders to translate business processes into executable workflows.
- Recommend process optimization, workflow modernization, and automation best practices.
- Support scalable, reliable, and highly automated business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of enterprise software development experience with exposure to Camunda BPM or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, or similar workflow technologies.
- Experience developing Java and Spring Boot services.
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and relational databases.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with unit and integration testing concepts.
- Comfort working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Preferred experience includes Camunda 7/8, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camunda Optimize, Camunda Operate, Camunda Tasklist, workflow monitoring, event-driven architectures, and financial services workflow implementations.
