Responsibilities
- Build customer business requirements into functioning Pigment applications.
- Translate Architect-provided requirements into applications that follow the overall design architecture.
- Act as the builder for the local team while collaborating with Product and R&D in the French headquarters.
- Support the team during the user acceptance testing phase.
- Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Capture lessons from customer implementations to improve future work and the broader Pigment ecosystem.
Requirements
- Demonstrated exceptional skill in building complex systems while understanding their business purpose.
- Ability to learn new domains and understand the business context behind what is being built.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver focused deep work.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product environment.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
- A master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
