Responsibilities

Design processes, configure Salesforce systems, troubleshoot issues, and develop new Salesforce functionality.
Support customers and collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and internal technical experts.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, configurations, and reports.
Participate in international customer projects and virtual teams across industries.
Complete Salesforce administration learning and certification preparation before gradually taking ownership of customer requests and implementations.
Lead technical initiatives and contribute to solution design and development as experience grows.
Travel to Graz, Austria, approximately once per quarter for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing, customizing, and administering Salesforce solutions.
Fluent German and English language skills at a minimum C1 level.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Salesforce configuration, data models, security concepts, and CRM best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and reports.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams.
Programming knowledge in Apex, Java, and/or JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, independent working, learning, and prioritization skills.
Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
