Responsibilities
- Lead the team and support implementation of interfaces between BSI Customer Suite and other systems.
- Organize and assist with user, role, and SSO setup using integrations such as OAuth/OIDC and SCIM.
- Organize and assist with groupware and email integrations.
- Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of integrations.
- Work with senior architects and project teams in Romania, Germany, and other European locations.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; an extended academic degree is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience with APIs, web services, or system integrations.
- Interest in or proven experience with CRM systems and enterprise software, preferably BSI Customer Suite.
- Very good English skills and a team-oriented, proactive, and eager-to-learn approach.
