Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level GlobalLink solutions for clients.
- Draft implementation project plans with timelines, implementation details, and risk analysis.
- Coordinate client internal teams and oversee GlobalLink product implementation deadlines.
- Configure and verify GlobalLink tools based on client requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for clients.
- Assist support teams with client configuration issues.
- Report client technical issues and request product functionality through collaboration with Product Management.
- Coordinate installation, setup, and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams, clients, and system integrators.
- Create custom client reports in MySQL.
- Mentor new team members, prepare training and procedures, and contribute to internal projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, project-management, problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of language technology, including CAT tools, translation environments, translation portals, localization tools, machine translation, post-editing, terminology tools, and translation memory tools is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Veeva document management solutions is a bonus.
- Knowledge of CMS or PIM systems is a bonus.
