Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand business requirements, technical environments, and pain points and design tailored API solutions.
- Analyze customer needs, formalize requirements, define technical solutions, support contract setup, and prepare solution proposals.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations focused on customer value and return on investment.
- Lead technical proofs of concept and proofs of value to validate software against customer requirements.
- Define implementation models, coordinate technical teams, and deploy technical solutions.
- Manage incidents, provide after-sales technical support, and assist clients, partners, and IT providers during implementation.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, action plans, project deliverables, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure knowledge is transferred smoothly from sales to Professional Services or Delivery teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical support, IT troubleshooting, application support, or junior implementation roles.
- Practical experience working with APIs, including testing, debugging, and basic integration steps.
- Understanding of REST/JSON and SOAP/XML web service concepts and predefined integration procedures.
- Hands-on experience with web service testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Ability to read logs, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, propose practical fixes, and escalate complex problems.
- German and English proficiency at C1 level.
- Ability to coordinate multiple client requests and small technical tasks while documenting findings clearly.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with international clients or cross-country teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments and industry knowledge in credit insurance, collections, or banking are preferred but not required.
