Responsibilities
- Shape end-to-end Salesforce solutions and ensure architectural consistency across the platform.
- Advise business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable, robust solution designs.
- Define data models, security, integrations, deployment approaches, and architectural trade-offs.
- Design and implement solutions using declarative configuration and custom development.
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems using established patterns, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Act as a technical lead, mentor colleagues, review designs, and promote best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and AI advancements and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work on long-term international projects across Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, and Commerce clouds.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
- At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ clouds, with awareness of Agentforce and Data 360.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, including data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on technical experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing and evaluating integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proven ability to act as a technical lead and mentor.
- Professional working proficiency in English; French and/or German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the European Union.
