Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architectures for UiPath automation and agentic programs, including agents, RPA workflows, integrations, data, and human-in-the-loop steps.
- Design agentic workflows using LLM decision-making, tool and function calling, context grounding, and deterministic fallbacks.
- Architect Document Understanding pipelines for extraction, classification, and validation, along with Python services connecting them to customer systems.
- Select appropriate GenAI and ML techniques, including prompting, retrieval, context grounding, and trained models in AI Center, and define guardrails and escalation paths.
- Deploy and operationalize AI agents in production customer environments, including APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with existing systems.
- Advise customers on architecture, design choices, risks, and trade-offs across technical and executive audiences.
- Establish reusable patterns, standards, and design reviews; mentor developers and support delivery from discovery through hypercare.
- Provide field feedback on failure patterns, product gaps, and design issues to inform product roadmaps and reusable assets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience using Python, C#, TypeScript, VB.NET, or comparable languages.
- 4+ years of experience building UiPath automation workflows, including working knowledge of Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Apps, AI Center, and Insights.
- Experience with UiPath design patterns such as Robotic Enterprise Framework, Document Understanding Framework, and orchestration processes.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or operating LLM-based agents and agentic workflows, including tool or function calling, RAG, multi-step orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, or Model Context Protocol.
- Working understanding of prompting, grounding, and hallucination control for live agent systems.
- Customer-facing experience in forward-deployed, professional services, implementation, or consulting roles, including technical workshops and stakeholder management.
- Technical leadership experience across globally distributed teams, including strategy, mentoring, and establishing best practices.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions across applications, APIs, and automation platforms with attention to scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including presenting architecture and delivery risks to executive stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
