Responsibilities
- Discover and define high-value AI opportunities with business stakeholders, clinical leads, operations owners, and executives.
- Create scoping documents, ROI estimates, and success criteria before development begins.
- Rapidly prototype and develop full-stack AI applications with LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, integrations, and lightweight front ends.
- Use Claude for code generation, testing, documentation, and solution design.
- Iterate based on user feedback and evolve prototypes into production-grade, enterprise-ready systems.
- Apply responsible AI practices including bias review, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring.
- Document solutions, contribute reusable AI accelerators, and participate in client meetings, sprint reviews, steering committees, executive updates, and live demos.
- Develop domain expertise, build trusted client relationships, identify blockers and risks, and share engagement learnings internally.
Requirements
- Build tangible working solutions and communicate effectively with both business and engineering audiences.
- Be fluent in healthcare operations and AI engineering, with curiosity about the opportunities and limitations of AI in healthcare.
- Own technical architecture across prompt design, data pipelines, and user interfaces.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, high-stakes environments, and direct client engagement.
