Responsibilities
- Design and build an AI native migration product for data and workflow transfer.
- Utilize coding agents to expedite migration script development.
- Integrate coding agents into the product for customizations and automated testing.
- Analyze customer environments using BA agents to extract migration requirements.
- Transform insights from migrations into reusable product capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams across UiPath on product and service engineering.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, security, and scalability standards.
- Establish effective engineering practices incorporating AI-assisted development.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the migration process.
- Plan feature development and maintain code quality and organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with the entire software development life cycle.
- Ability to produce well-tested, high-quality code.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with coding agents and AI-assisted development.
- Comfort with ambiguous requirements and structuring reusable product features.
