Responsibilities
- Design and build an AI-native migration product for moving data, configurations, and workflows onto UiPath.
- Use coding agents to develop migration scripts and generate and validate transformation logic.
- Integrate coding-agent harnesses into migration workflows to support customization, automated testing, and validation.
- Use business analysis agents to analyze customer environments, extract migration requirements, and identify edge cases.
- Convert migration insights into reusable patterns, templates, and automation.
- Collaborate across UiPath to design and engineer product and service areas.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements for quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability.
- Establish engineering practices for AI-assisted and agentic development.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, plan feature development, design system components, and maintain code quality and automation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience using one or more high-level programming languages.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, Java, Python, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and producing well-tested, high-quality code.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents and AI-assisted development, or strong interest in adopting them.
- Ability to work with ambiguous, evolving requirements and turn findings into structured, reusable product features.
