Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven workflows and automations aligned with UiPath's standards.
- Build AI Agents using UiPath technologies like Maestro or Agent Builder.
- Apply prompt engineering skills to guide agent behavior and select LLM providers.
- Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, and connectors.
- Debug across systems, resolving issues independently.
- Contribute to internal libraries and reusable components.
- Anticipate delivery risks and communicate blockers proactively.
- Use telemetry and insights to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production software.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building integrations using APIs and working with cloud services.
- Comfort in customer-facing environments with strong communication skills.
- Ability to independently drive scoped projects and manage risks.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
