Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of scoped customer implementations and translate business needs into production-grade agentic automation solutions.
- Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations aligned with UiPath architecture and platform standards.
- Build AI agents using UiPath technologies including Maestro or Agent Builder.
- Apply prompt engineering and evaluate LLM provider tradeoffs including capability, latency, and cost.
- Extend platform functionality through APIs, SDKs, and connectors for unique customer requirements.
- Debug AI inference, data pipelines, orchestration layers, and integration points independently.
- Contribute internal libraries, reusable components, frameworks, solution patterns, and implementation playbooks.
- Identify delivery risks and communicate blockers, delays, and scope issues proactively.
- Use telemetry, insights, and traces to identify optimization opportunities and failure patterns.
- Partner with customer stakeholders, internal teams, senior FDEs, and product teams to design, build, integrate, and iterate on solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent experience delivering production software.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript or similar modern languages.
- Experience building and shipping integrations using APIs and working with cloud services or enterprise systems.
- Comfort working in customer-facing environments with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently drive scoped projects, manage risks, and deliver against deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
