Responsibilities
- Create solution architectures and technical designs for new GenAI initiatives.
- Guide development squads through discovery and productization.
- Identify synergies and shared components across initiatives.
- Promote technical standards and guidelines and review squad deliverables for conformance.
- Develop and maintain application architectures, architecture decisions, roadmaps, data models, and related documentation.
- Ensure applications are reliable, available, secure, and resilient.
- Align with stakeholders across departments and locations in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT architect or extensive IT experience as a lead engineer in the AI domain.
- Proven experience designing and developing production-grade GenAI solutions in a corporate environment using a major cloud ecosystem, vector databases, LLMs, and RAG.
- Proficiency in modeling and modeling languages such as UML and Archimate.
- Deep understanding of GenAI capabilities, limitations, and strengths, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and agentic frameworks.
- Understanding of MLOps and LLM Ops principles, including deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder-partnership, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of IT architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, service management processes, and agile ways of working.
- Wholesale Banking experience and familiarity with regulated corporate banking products and processes are preferred.
