Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Domain Architects and DevOps teams for Global Payment & Settlement Services.
- Translate business needs, regulations, policies, and requirements into practical solution architectures.
- Document as-is and to-be processes and designs, including roadmaps and migration plans.
- Organize and support architecture workshops, presentations, and review meetings.
- Apply architecture patterns such as Request/Reply, event-driven architecture, microservices, and resilience patterns.
- Create architectural cookbooks, train developers, and escalate deviations from approved patterns.
- Translate Solution Architectures into Feature Solution Approaches with DevOps teams.
- Support the definition and estimation of Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide developers in aligning code development with architecture and design guidelines.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as an engineer or architect.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments such as financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Strong ability to build collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience mentoring and training others.
- In-depth knowledge of IT architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, service management processes, and agile work environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s or master’s education with a strong analytical background in Computer Science, Cybernetics, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
