Responsibilities
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, focusing on build times and reliability.
- Design infrastructure for quick and confident code deployment.
- Drive reliability improvements to eliminate common failure modes.
- Build and maintain internal tooling and SDKs for engineers.
- Own the local development environment setup and onboarding.
- Evaluate and introduce new developer tools based on feedback.
- Own the strategy for AI-assisted development tools.
- Ensure developer tooling meets security and compliance requirements.
- Identify and eliminate friction points across the engineering organization.
- Contribute to engineering standards for testing and deployment practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on developer experience.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and build infrastructure.
- Experience with developer tooling and local development environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their integration.
- Knowledge of security and compliance constraints in software development.
- Ability to analyze and improve engineering workflows.
