Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and HTTP APIs using Go.
- Implement integrations with internal and external systems and SOAP services through WSDL contracts.
- Design solutions using hexagonal architecture and microservices-based architectures.
- Manage data persistence and access using SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Containerize and deploy services with Docker while collaborating on Kubernetes operations.
- Ensure integration quality through unit, integration, and contract testing, applying security, observability, and performance practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Go for service and API development.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HTTP APIs.
- Experience integrating SOAP services through WSDL contracts.
- Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and microservices architectures.
- Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Docker.
- Preferred: Spec-Driven Development, contract-first API design, Apache Kafka or other distributed messaging platforms, Kubernetes deployment and operations, Kong or other API gateways, and ESB platforms.
