Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies to optimize large language model performance.
- Design and execute instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate model performance, and improve accuracy and relevance.
- Prepare and preprocess large-scale datasets for model training.
- Integrate AI models with APIs and optimize their deployment in production environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, provide cross-team solutions, and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience with instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation for language models.
- Experience with large-scale datasets, data preprocessing, model evaluation metrics, and production troubleshooting.
