Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions.
- Participate in system design, software development, and comprehensive testing of Radio Units.
- Design, develop, and optimize radio software applications using C and C++.
- Contribute to Java-based test framework development.
- Participate in end-to-end embedded development activities with software and hardware teams.
- Support work ranging from initial studies through customer acceptance testing of new radio functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Wireless 4G/5G Communication, or a related technical field.
- Experience with C and object-oriented C++ programming.
- Understanding of Linux-based development environments.
- Familiarity with software development tools, AI-based coding assistants such as Amazon Q and Kiro, version control systems, build systems, and scripting languages.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Awareness of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
