Base Salary

$400k - $680k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and operate complex Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions.
  • Design and deliver IAM solutions for Netflix employees, contractors, and external partners worldwide.
  • Implement federated authentication, user provisioning and deprovisioning, identity governance, compliance, and access management capabilities.
  • Consult with vendors and service providers, integrate third-party systems, and improve their identity capabilities.
  • Support acquisition-driven identity integrations and migrations, including rollout strategy and scalable integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver identity solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep IAM expertise and a proven track record architecting, building, and operating complex identity lifecycle and access control solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization standards and protocols including OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Deep experience across the workforce identity lifecycle, including upstream HCM platforms and downstream first- and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor IAM solutions such as Okta Workflows, Okta Identity Engine, Auth0, or equivalent.
  • Experience with CI/CD and at least one modern programming language, preferably Java or Python; the role involves frequent code reading and occasional writing.
  • Experience running services on a cloud computing platform, particularly AWS.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with acquisition-driven identity integrations and migrations is strongly preferred.
