Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis through customization, development specifications, UAT support, and user training.
- Develop and maintain code and application libraries and produce technical documentation.
- Design, integrate, maintain, and customize enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations.
- Diagnose and resolve business application issues and develop innovative consulting solutions.
- Manage tasks, oversee sub-projects, conduct daily stand-ups, delegate work, and report status to customers or project managers.
- Build long-term client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and act as a business advisor.
- Interact with customers and contribute to international projects in an advisory and delivery capacity.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Customer-oriented personality with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal command of English.
- Availability to travel when needed.
