Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of IT projects, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, user training, and delivery.
- Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Contribute across backend, frontend, and system integrations in complex environments.
- Support the implementation and integration of CRM/CX platforms.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to business growth within client engagements.
- Own assigned workstreams, participate in team ceremonies, communicate progress, and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Build long-term client relationships and share knowledge while developing toward mentoring responsibilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
- Client-focused mindset, curiosity about business operations, and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong collaboration abilities in international, cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, commitment to high-quality delivery, initiative, and ownership.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel when needed.
