Responsibilities

  • Participate in business requirements meetings, analyze current and future processes, and help create and evaluate user stories.
  • Translate functional requirements and user stories into technical designs for end-to-end web solutions.
  • Build low-code web applications and components using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
  • Install and configure data gateways and implement solutions using SharePoint, Office 360, Dataverse, and other data sources.
  • Participate in UAT, review user experiences and process integrations, troubleshoot issues, debug solutions, and implement new functionality.
  • Maintain tools and assist with the practical operation of business processes.
  • Create business requirements, implementation plans, end-user guides, manuals, and other documentation with guidance from senior team members.
  • Communicate proposed designs and project progress to internal customers, team leads, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Relevant university education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Up to two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of programming and web application development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that improve client value and performance.
  • Exposure to SharePoint and databases such as MS SQL is considered an asset.
  • Basic experience with DevOps tools and familiarity with additional DTN technologies is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, business acumen, adaptability, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team-player skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
